_________________________________________________________________________________ PROPERTY TAX RECORDS AND TOWN ASSESSOR INFORMATION Tax bills for the Town of Black Wolf are handled by the Treasurer, John McDermott. The Town Hall office can provide current tax information. The Assessor for the Town of Black Wolf effective December 1, 2003 is Bowmar Appraisal, Inc., John Bodouski. If you have questions about an assessment, contact the Assessor directly at: (920) 733-5369. The Open Book Review of Assessment was held on Thursday, June 5, 2008 from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, and conducted by Assessor, John Bodouski of Bowmar Appraisal. The Board of Review was conducted on June 19, 2008 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at the Town Hall. Residents who wished to be heard by the Board of Review had to file an objection form and make an appointment with the Town Clerk to dispute an assessment. ______________________________________________________________________________
