TOWN PROFILE:
The Town of Black Wolf is situated in east-central Wisconsin, in Winnebago County, WI and covers approximately 16 square miles. It is bordered on the east by Lake Winnebago. Our Highway Department is responsible for maintaining approximately 32 miles of roadway. The Town is one of seventeen communities that comprise the Appleton-Neenah-Oshkosh Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), the third largest and fastest growing metropolitan area in the State of Wisconsin. The Town has a population of approximately 2,500.
TOWN HALL:
The "new" Town Hall was completed in April, 2001, and has two conference rooms, general offices and a garage, and is used for meetings, elections and other functions. At the present time we do not rent out the Town Hall for private parties-it is used for civic and educational functions. The Van Dyne Lions Park and the Van Dyne Volunteer Fire Dept. have facilities that can be rented out.

TOWN HALL OFFICE:
Regular office hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays
from Noon to 5:00 PM. There is a deposit box at the front door.
The Zoning Administrator is available on Mondays and Tuesdays
from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM; other times by appointment only.
The Building Inspector is available by appointment only. (920 233-1999)
PLEASE NOTE:
Now that the Town Hall maintains regularly scheduled open hours, we ask that all phone calls be directed to the Town Hall (unless there is an emergency). Messages will be taken and forwarded to the proper individual or department, thus eliminating the need to contact Town Officials at their homes.
SANITARY DISTRICT:
The Sanitary District Office for the Town of Black Wolf is in a separate building located on the corner of Black Wolf and County Road R. There is a drop box at this building for payments, etc., located on the front door of the Sanitary District office building. DO NOT make Sanitary District payments at the Town Hall Office.
