_________________________________________________LOCATIONThe Town of Black Wolf Town Hall is located on the corner of Black Wolf Avenue and County Road R, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. A posting board is located at the front of the building with current information, and a drop box is available when the office is closed. The Sanitary District Office is located in a separate building to the east of the Town Hall. The Sanitary District Office phone number is (920) 233-2901; or, contact Tony Putzer, Bookkeeper @ (920) 235-1606, Chuck Linde @ 920 527-1270, or Scott Mateyka @ 920 216-6773. A drop box is located at the front of the Sanitary District Office building for sewer payments, etc. Do Not make sewer payments at the Town Hall. NOTICE from Sanitary District: All work performed on sewer laterals requires a permit which can be obtained by calling Scott Mateyka at (920) 216-6773. Sewer lateral work will be subject to inspection. A 48-hour notice must be given to our Inspector prior to commencement of work. Remember, only a licensed plumber can make repairs to sewer laterals outside of the foundation. Town Hall Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays from noon to 5:00 p.m. The Zoning Administrator is available Mondays & Tuesdays from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Call Tom on his cell phone (920) 379-3081 for questions or to schedule an appointment only. The Building Inspector is available on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m. - other times by appointment; call Dave at (920) 233-1999 to schedule an appointment. NOTE: Please direct all phone calls to the Town Hall (unless there is an emergency). Messages will be taken and forwarded to the proper individual or department, thus eliminating the need to contact Town Officials at their homes.
